Step 1: Questionnaire - After completing our athlete questionnaire and selecting a package, a trainer will contact you to schedule your assessment.
Step 2: Assessment - This takes around 30-40 minutes and is filmed by our trainers in order to be analyzed further. Upon review of the assessment, trainers will create a customized training program tailored towards the needs and goals of the athlete.
Step 3: Receive Program Via Email - After the program is completed, trainers will email the athlete their program signifying that they are ready for the athlete to come in and start training. Athletes will be given their own personal binder including their program in order to track their progress in real time.
Step 4:Show Up And Train: Depending on the package purchased, athletes will meet 2-4 times per week with trainers. Training hours are very flexible and and athlete is not locked into a certain day or time of the week. Show up when it is convenient for you!
