Description: ESP’s entry level program. Classes will focus on mobility, core and motor skills. Trainers will follow a tailored workout specifically for kids in this age range. Athletes will need proper form and movement patterns before progressing into more advanced exercises. Tempo training is one of the methods we use to teach proper form and technique. ESP believes that a good base will allow for greater gains and maximize potential down the road. Speed and agility is a bi-product of our training.
Our trainer's take on the program: Classes will be ran completely by the trainer in our entry level program. Our trainers will follow all program guidelines and athletes will be watched very closely. Our Mobility and Core module will be stressed along with mastering motor skills and proprioception (how an athlete controls their body in space). Tempo training is an excellent technique that utilizes 3 different phases of a lift or exercise to engrain proper form and bring out the best in an athlete.
