ESP Runner Get yourself ready for track season with this proven program ran by Elite Sports Performance Director, Kevyn Feiner. Both long distance and short distance athletes are welcome. Workouts will be tailored towards improving speed, stamina, and strength. A weightlifting program is included with the price of training. Training routines will be categorized as beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Thu 5:30-6:30am, you pick the other day*
*Along with Thursday mornings athletes will be able to attend 1, 2, or 3 regularly scheduled ESP class(es) in the afternoon.
