Age requirements – 11 years and up, athletes from a variety of skill levels and athletic backgrounds are welcome
Training programs will be designed in phases of six week periods.

An initial assessment is required. Preferably done onsite (Prairie Athletic Club, 1010 N. Bird St. Sun Prairie WI 53590) however special arrangements can be made for offsite assessments (please inquire).
Experienced trainers on staff will develop a customized training program including but not limited to mobility, stability, strength and speed and agility training, which will target your athletic goals and needs.
Your personalized training plans will be sent electronically and include linked, instructional videos demonstrating how to complete the movements assigned. (Our videos are created by ESP trainers on staff.)
